Imagine you find out that you are going to become a mother or father.

  • Do you perhaps have mixed feelings?
  • Observe your emotional state.

Write down what feelings are affecting you in this situation.

You can also imagine the opposite.

Imagine you find out that your wish to have a child cannot be fulfilled.

  • Do you feel sadness or anger?
  • Observe your emotional state.

By acting out certain situations, no decision is made. Your reaction can give you valuable insights into your heart voice. If you realise that you need support, accept it. This can be in the form of self-help conversations, with friends or under psychological supervision.
